Questions
Do unused credits expire?
Plan credits reset every month and do not roll over. Top-up credits you buy never expire. Sign-up and promo credits expire 90 days after you get them. Plan credits are used first, then the ones that expire soonest.
How do I know what a generation costs?
The credit cost is on the Generate button before you start, and it changes with the model, length and resolution you pick (see the table above).
What is included free use?
Plans and 7-day passes make some models free on the website (API use always pays credits) up to the amount shown on each plan or pass; after that those generations use your credits like any other. Up to 3 free generations run at once.
What happens if a generation fails?
Credits are reserved when a job starts and returned automatically if it fails or is cancelled. Multi-step jobs refund the steps that did not finish.
Can my team share credits?
Yes. Create a workspace in Teams, top it up, and members charge their work to the shared pool. Sub-workspaces can get their own budgets.
Can I use outputs commercially?
You own what you create, subject to the Terms and to each model provider’s usage policy.
Is there an API?
Yes. Create an API key under Developers; the REST API and MCP server use the same credit prices.
