1. The service
Studio provides tools that generate and edit images, video, audio and 3D content using third-party AI models. Features may change as models and providers change.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials and API keys secure, and are responsible for activity on your account and in workspaces you administer.
3. Credits and payments
Generations consume credits at the price shown before each run. Reserved credits for failed or cancelled jobs are returned. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the inputs you upload and, to the extent permitted by law and by each model provider’s terms, the outputs you generate. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process and display your content to operate the service, including public display of content you choose to publish.
5. Acceptable use
- No content that is illegal, sexualises minors, harasses or defames real people, or infringes intellectual property.
- No deceptive impersonation of real people or organisations, and no non-consensual intimate imagery.
- No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the service, or to resell access without agreement.
6. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
7. Disclaimers and liability
AI outputs can be inaccurate or unexpected; review them before use. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
